After fighting our COVID recovery it was hard and onset other medical concerns which caused me not to do as well at work. RLDatix: I have been very happy here. I will say it took over six months for me to have even a slight workload. This felt quite long to me and I felt like a wasn't being utilized properly until about eight months into the role.

Discount Tire: The employees at Discount Tire in the Wilson store are FABULOUS! They waited for me even though it was very close to closing time. I appreciated that especially being alone and have never experienced that issue. I was AMAZED and IMPRESSED with the professionalism. Anthony Lucente was AWESOME!
NORESCO: Stop avoiding problems. Discussions are usually not productive in resolving issues and we are more concerned with appearances than effectiveness.

Planet Fitness: Communication. This is a beautiful company that is thriving and will continue to do so however there is a bit of neglect in areas that is resulting in many canceled memberships and whatnot. We are a smaller club, but there is still a lot of heart here and we are forgotten. Communication.
Santander Bank: Over worked and under paid!! Never staffed properly so work day is usually chaotic. Santander is beyond inefficient, and policies and procedures are made by out of touch higher ups. Salaried employees treat the hourly employees like their dumb, so that's fun. Stay away from this bank.

Jack in the Box: The manager at store is very rude to the employees , he is not good at training usually we get training by just watching other coworkers, and if you ask questions you might get lucky and get answers by other employers not the manager , but yet he likes to talk bad about his employees.
TJ Maxx: Unorganized and way underfunded. Understaffed, never have the supplies I need. Least efficient cash register flow I've ever worked. Good co-workers, huge employee turnover tho.

Cafe Rio Mexican Grill: I applied to Cafe Rio, not 100% confident I'd be hired. I had zero experience but an established work history so I gave it a try. To my surprise I was interviewed and eventually hired. It's been great. I've learned a lot and have gained experience that no other job could offer.
Xylem Tree Experts: As a bucket operator / climber I never imagined struggling for money. I was lied to about my start pay and I climb when it is needed and people who don't even do utility work for a power company by high voltage lines make more money. I don't fully understand that?
Loomis: Good pay, horrible balance for work/life. There is no real start or end time, you will live at this job and if you don't treat this job like your life they will ostracize you and ruin your career.

I got fired without write up, day before I got fired, they had a problem with a shirt they didn't like it had a small plasama donation symbol, so they sent me home to change. Day after, I wore the shirt with my vest covering the symbol and i got fired.
