Asplundh: Motivation and realistic goals for raises. Aswell as when you reach that goal the supervisor holds up there end of the deal.
IHOP: Such an awful environment. Physical fights in the kitchen where police is told not to be called by the manager, all staff vaping/ using weed pens in kitchen/ getting out bags of weed, servers walking out, manager screaming at everyone, making people cry. 0/10 please look into the Watertown, NY Ihop.
