Certinia: I think my responses may seem a little contradictory. Certinia is a great place to work. That said, the largely virtual model is hugely flexible, but can be lonely and isolating. I can work for days without any feedback. Perhaps just a symptom of the role.

PLS Financial Services: If money is stolen out of your account, fraud, and you choose this bank to keep your funds, money you work hard for in, then you should be able to speak to someone besides, individuals that answer the phone, that repeat their self, talk over you and cannot answer your questions...
Adorama: Literally hours spent on the phone waiting to speak to someone to resolve a problem. Calls never returned. When I finally had someone call, he gave me a possibly fictitious name and said he didn't have a personal extension number. If you value your sanity, this is not for you.
