Blurb: Pricing is not in sync with pricing of professional photography books. It isn't reasonable to 1) expect photographers to pay for a complete book to see a printed proof, then 2) sell their book at a price that in my experience is 30-40% higher than the price of photography books available elsewhere.

Staples: HONESTY IN ADVERTISING. THEY ADVERTISE FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY. THEN THEY SEND A RECEIPT AND CHANGE THE DELIVERY DATE TO MORE THAN A WEEK OUT. WHEN YOU GET THE TRACKING INFORMATION AND CALL ABOUT THE DISCREPANCY, THEY WON'T DO ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY HAD IT ON THE RECEIPT. VERY DECEPTIVE.

Right after the new year when this plan went into effect they cut out a whole network of my doctors and hospitals. Also I have to travel far to go to labs and radiologists because you use so few.
