The Shade Store: You're constantly criticized and bombarded with negativity. Hired to work for 10 hour days but that never happened. Typical amount of hours worked per day, 5 days a week could easily be 12 to 14 hours. The pay was good but it definitely takes a toll on your physical and mental well-being

Rugs USA: I was wrongful terminated from Usa Rugs and had a doctors note to prove my injury at work. Also, my wife passed away and the manager said that he will accommodate me which he didn't then I had a fallout with the supervisor renter where I couldn't get my own to do a job I had to go to two supervisors

Peaksware: Teams are routinely asked to do more and more with fewer and fewer resources. Employees are penalized for speaking up and long time employees are being demoted or released and replaced by friends of management. Despite the stated mission and values, the only thing that matters is the profit margin.
