Most days I really enjoy working with the people. I don't feel that the people at the company really listen to my concerns. The schedule will leave put a 40 minute drive in between people which would technically leave you 20 minutes to see someone. Often no lunch or toileting, & call to say late.

Enjoy the visits with the clients, but if the company were managed better and providers were more appreciated and paid correctly, the clients would be better served and the company would benefit more than just financially.
