I have worked with some of the smartest, most dedicated people I have found in my entire career at Signify Health. We solve tough problems, are empowered to 'run' and 'do' by leadership, and, at large, are very collaborative. There are very few underperformers here.

There are some departments that don't seem to think what is the best for the Provider.

Be available. Not put me on hold. The logistics team has got to do a better job w routes. A huge thing that makes me furious is that as a physician I am reduced to data entry. The company already has it. Sometimes they show med lists after midnight. Especially a brand that starts w a U.

Pay needs to be increased for inflation, danger to our health. I have been almost assaulted more times than I care to remember. I drive like a maniac to make appointments. What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Data entry could be done in advance by other workers. It was several years ago. Now I am getting almost all blank evaluations. Patients get angry "you should already have that in your computer". I agree.
