Company equity at director level and above, compensation often above market, generous bonus structure.

The people. I truly enjoy the people at Signify Health more than anywhere else I have ever worked.

Achieving meaningful milestones on projects, creating a good experience for a clinician in our network, collaborating with smart team members
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachable, they understand the business, give clear direction on goals and company priorities. They also try to have fun when the tone is appropriate.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have worked with some of the smartest, most dedicated people I have found in my entire career at Signify Health. We solve tough problems, are empowered to 'run' and 'do' by leadership, and, at large, are very collaborative. There are very few underperformers here.
