Review from Engineering Dept

Newcomers describe company as directionless, I tend to agree. Some of them are 6+ months and 0 lines of code in production. Some change more teams than in previous companies combined. Recent file import blunders revealed underlaying cause is known for YEARS and not addressed.

Review from Engineering Dept

Valuing employees, Development plan, Transparency

Review from HR Dept

Understanding the type of work that happens across their vertical and be better about communicating changes.

Review from IT Dept

This job is very stressful the goals are unrealistic that they want you to meet it seems like things keep changing with the company but the pay stays the same your harassing people all day to get home visits set up the people are so rude management is rude money hungry employee burnout daily from te

Care about employees More please

Listening to providers and actually standing by emails about incentives, regardless of the fine print.

Communication and humility are lacking

Need to be accountable and respond to emails

Transparency; treating employees better; consistent guidance

Managing 2 3 4 5

Maybe actually LEADING the employees!

Accepting people of color who are educated and aren't submissive.

The executive team is all white with the exception of a few "model minorities"

Communication. There is no avenue for clinical employees to discuss experiences as a group. Leadership only wants to fill visit slots and bill. I'm convinced leadership does not want clinicians communicating because the deficiencies that concern many of us would become common knowledge

Everything, from communication through management, patient appointment setting, response time to inquiries.
