A raise to the actual wage not the bonus. (The bonus is taxed like crazy high). Possibly offer VTO during low schedule days instead of calling people that have been called 15+ times. Less rigid structure

Get to the root of the issues and not be so quick to put a band-aid over everything. Just like the state if the US, with race relations, we will never come together until we have honest conversations and hold everyone accountable
The water culture but no one wants to have honest conversations and white privilege is rampant.
