We need to be better at discussing ideas and alternatives objectively. There's a tendency for one or two louder people to shout down everyone else. Some view "pragmatism" vs learning from books and blogs as a binary choice. which translates to "Don't learn from anyone else, only listen to me."

There is no interaction between coworkers. I have no contact with anyone in the company except the scheduler. That is what I mean by elusive.

We seem to higher the lowest denominator candidates which doesn't say much about myself I suppose no one here seems to have the critical thinking skills to stop and assess what they're doing and why resulting in beauracratic headaches worse then the govt
Be available. Not put me on hold. The logistics team has got to do a better job w routes. A huge thing that makes me furious is that as a physician I am reduced to data entry. The company already has it. Sometimes they show med lists after midnight. Especially a brand that starts w a U.

We work remotely at patient homes. We never see anyone associated with the company. They do not even publish an organizational tree. Calling with problems is a joke because it takes such a long time for a response while in the field. Upper level leadership turns a blind eye as they make money.
Response times need to be better. Scheduling is the worst. Wait to schedule appointments till day before, no wonder scheduling is at its worst.
