In general I think we have good, knowledgeable, and experienced leadership. That said it appears that the latter's collective leadership is moving us from an agile culture to a more reactive siloed culture. Not the ask, but an honest answer.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus is the best part. However, I wish company would develop a plan for stock grants for employees. Bonus's are fixed to percentage and so there is no upside for employee to benefit from high and successful growth. With out that, feels like only upper management benefit from success.

As a senior manager without direct reports I do not get RSU. I had RSU at my previous job, also not managing people

I genuinely like the Heart at Work Behaviors cultural campaign. I think the idea of putting people first will eventually transform the working culture of the organization and I think most folks can see the benefits already.

Seeing my team overcome challenges and working collaboratively to solve those challenges. It certainly is not easy, but when you are in meetings seeing folks across teams tackling problems ,overcoming them, and celebrating accomplishments. It is always a great feeling for me as a manager.

Good company benefits and compensation encourage folks to work harder. I feel company is not trying to improve the benefits.
