Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a senior manager without direct reports I do not get RSU. I had RSU at my previous job, also not managing people
What are some of the best things about your team?
Sense of humor and intelligence, and hearts : they really care about other people they work with and make an effort to show they care
