Looking at market value across my living area and my title, I am making about 15-20k less than I should for my role and level of education. I love my work and I love my boss and team, which is why I choose to stay.

It is a "small town" environment where your VP knows who you are. The Dallas HQ is a great place to collaborate and work with lots of creature comforts and good equipment. Signify has a great mix of tech and healthcare operations that helps form a really great part of our culture.
