Signify is a company that has gone through immense change over the past few years, and overall it has been positive. There are pockets where things can be better, as with any company, but overall its a reasonable and great place to work.

They are collaborative, friendly, and approachable.

They are as transparent as they can be with colleagues, and tend to have an open door policy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There doesn't always seem to always be a consistent measurement of performance (or setting of expectations) between managers.
