I do not really know the upper leadership team. They are new as two companies merged. My recruiter and supervisor is nice, but can't make any changes.

Flexible PTO and snacks in the office

I genuinely deserved higher compensation and better benefits.

I'm paid a flat rate per appointment. If person not home, no pay even if I have driven 20 to 40 miles to there home. Pay minimal fee for going to home, especially when unable to reach by phone. Also, give feedback on concerns/comments given online.

There is no interaction between coworkers. I have no contact with anyone in the company except the scheduler. That is what I mean by elusive.

A few phone calls and emails. The credentialing is redundant, but they are very specific and update you frequently which is helpful.
