The time I have with customers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
physical interaction. Everything is done by unilateral online meetings.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is no interaction between coworkers. I have no contact with anyone in the company except the scheduler. That is what I mean by elusive.
