I think of Signify as a "big little" company where we have the benefits and stability of being part of a large health organization and the culture of a small corporation. I really like the fact that we get to work on projects and solve problems that help people be healthy in their own home.

I can be a change agent here. There are always new things to be built and mapped out and solved.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a "small town" environment where your VP knows who you are. The Dallas HQ is a great place to collaborate and work with lots of creature comforts and good equipment. Signify has a great mix of tech and healthcare operations that helps form a really great part of our culture.
