The good days are great, work is done and laughs are had. The bad is prominent. Never have I seen so many people discouraged to report SEVERE cases to HR due to them knowing the offender is protected by friendship. SMITH beats you down to a working drone who happily accepts pennies in raises.

Get rid of the ageism and nepotism. This company spouts family then lies to your face on wages. How horrible Clay 1 and 2 are treated compared to Hollister. The office building is filled with reps that don't know what they're doing and "hot interns" - Lee Ackerley. We see their priorities.

About 98% of people at SMITH need retraining. People who have been here 20+ yrs still make fireable offenses and mistakes with nothing but a slap on the wrist. For this to get better, SMITH would need an entire restructuring. When employees see things like this, confidence and trust is lost in VP/CO

This company runs on blood related ties and close family friends. You want to get promoted? Sorry, the owners nephew who is unqualified just took that position at a higher hourly wage then what was offered. Your work means nothing here, only who you can buddy up to or if you've dated your boss.

When I work alongside mature, competent and bright minds who WANT to work. That's all I want to do, come in and work to aid SMITH in the little way I can. All the bad greatly overshadows the good this company does, I just wish for this to be a place people want to come to and work hard and enjoy.
