Follow the same standards employees of the company are expected to meet. We're told to work as a team, but leadership will leave early while telling us to stay after our assigned hours to get an order out. Pay earned and work done also has never aligned to the current market.

Be more compassionate to other coworkers internally. The coworkers in my office have a 'it's for me or for nothing' approach. They don't think about the feelings about other coworkers and are selfish. Especially when there are time constraints that are not possible or when things don't go their way.

Get rid of the ageism and nepotism. This company spouts family then lies to your face on wages. How horrible Clay 1 and 2 are treated compared to Hollister. The office building is filled with reps that don't know what they're doing and "hot interns" - Lee Ackerley. We see their priorities.

I love the people I work with, it's a joy to pick up the phone and talk with Smith colleagues. I also enjoy the casual work environment, it allows me to be comfortable to work my long hours. Smith is also very understanding, I am not afraid to take time off, or notify my boss if I am sick.
