Be more compassionate to other coworkers internally. The coworkers in my office have a 'it's for me or for nothing' approach. They don't think about the feelings about other coworkers and are selfish. Especially when there are time constraints that are not possible or when things don't go their way.

About 98% of people at SMITH need retraining. People who have been here 20+ yrs still make fireable offenses and mistakes with nothing but a slap on the wrist. For this to get better, SMITH would need an entire restructuring. When employees see things like this, confidence and trust is lost in VP/CO
