Review from Sales Dept

leadership always care about our development, feeling etc

Review from Sales Dept

Good balance of taking care of the company's objectives and demonstrating they appreciate all employee's contributions to the company's success. It's not hard to get uber focused on goals and not set aside time for interpersonal engagements with employees.

Review from Operations Dept

working hard and supporting team members to get the work done.

Review from Operations Dept

Know the market and stay ahead all the time.

Review from Operations Dept

They are treating us very respectfully.

Review from Finance Dept

have clear business goals, care about people

Review from Marketing Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

yearly raises, promotions, actually pay attention to employees that work, no favoritism

Review from Business Development Dept

IMPROVING SALARIES IMPROVING SALARIES IMPROVING SALARIES

Review from Product Dept

rewarding hard workers, that do make gp for the company

Review from Business Development Dept

Follow the same standards employees of the company are expected to meet. We're told to work as a team, but leadership will leave early while telling us to stay after our assigned hours to get an order out. Pay earned and work done also has never aligned to the current market.

Review from Sales Dept

Communication, directive, understanding the industry the products we sell and where our opportunities are, less speaking behind peoples backs and more direct feedback

Review from Sales Dept

Open, and honest communication with all the employees. Every employee has different needs which needs different strategies to be met.

Review from Sales Dept

I have no additional comments.

Review from Operations Dept

Listening to their employees and trying to understand the bigger picture. Stop micromanaging people and allow people to flourish.

Review from Operations Dept

dont know what they doing

Review from Operations Dept

Onboarding needs improvement, little to no mentoring is provided. Actual team management and training are also an issue. The feedback provided by team leaders is strictly based on sales numbers. They are busy with their accounts and are not able to provide qualitative feedback to improve results

Review from Sales Dept

possible advancement, appreciated for hard workers

Review from Business Development Dept

The leadership team is very reactionary to the immediate needs of the market. They do not have a long term outlook on the companies future growth and this limits their ability to continue to grow the organization.

Review from IT Dept

They may not be able to change

Review from Operations Dept

sharing information, not Selfish, treat everyone as a team member not isolate them. Choose a right person to be a team manager, the person must have the leadership/clear brain/open mind/experience/good personality/fight for the team.

Review from Sales Dept

no favoritism, acknowledge hard workers, allow hardworkers that do work better from home the opportunity to work from home while other folks that do it, are quite literally just traveling the world on while they should be working.

Review from Business Development Dept

stop playing favorites. Respect people that work hard and that are dedicated.

clear communication among sales between the buyers would be grand

Review from Business Development Dept

Don't know what leadership team need to get better

Review from Operations Dept

well, as of today , we can not see half of the info we need to do our jobs correctly, so I guess i just feel not supported or respected of me to do a good job.

Review from Business Development Dept

Leader training should be applied to the Manager. Un-trained Managers ruin the company's reputation. The longer in Smith is not the better.
