Our leaders do care about the future of the company, hiring the right people and retention. They are getting better about retention, but I wish there could be more consistency.

Market fair compensation level. I believe I am paid fairly, but I know for what I do, in the market I could easily leave to be making much more.

I feel undervalued because as a person I am respected but my sector of the company is not. Therefore I am continually placed/paid under market value regardless of exceeding expectations and making valuable changes.
