Smith is a great company with great people. They hold values true and really take care of their associates to an extent. I just wish the above & beyond and to Mars that some employees get, was awarded or provided to all deserving employees.

Everyone is very inviting and easy to get a long with. The family atmosphere.

I like that they are transparent and are good at taking accountability when they are wrong.

That we are truly family and goal oriented. Smith is 100% about the people that work here and understand that our people are our business.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about our leadership team is that they have never forgotten where Smith started, how they've grown and they still have their hearts in this business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Market fair compensation level. I believe I am paid fairly, but I know for what I do, in the market I could easily leave to be making much more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The best thing about Smith, are the people. The people that work here are really great salt of the earth people. Everyone makes it a joy to come to work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My team would be corporate sector of the company. I like that they do their best to include all aspects and departments so that the right hand talks to the left.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone loves being here. I would hand over fist prefer to be in the office than at home working remote. I look forward to waking up to come to work everyday.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the family culture that they have established here. Even as a new employee that atmosphere that we are all a family is very immediate and easy to feel right at home.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because as a person I am respected but my sector of the company is not. Therefore I am continually placed/paid under market value regardless of exceeding expectations and making valuable changes.
