I love my job, as I stated before it changed my life! The merge has been tough with the key players in center. Some individuals are not even talking to each other anymore but I am hopeful we will find a solution for that. The merge has been the only thing that has been stressful but I still love it.

Selling, I love changing patient's lives and being compensated nicely for it! I appreciate my roll! I lov when my Surgeons do great work and seeing the type of Surgeons they are hiring makes me really happy bc they really care about their results.

PMs in center should send a message that is fair and honest. Although their message may not be malicious, it comes off as malicious (regarding merge). I don't know if the company invested in coaching to our culture but since the merge, the culture feels like it has taken a HUGE hit w ppl taking side
