They all work truly as a team. If one is unable to answer, another will be quick to assist! My supervisor in particular ensures constructive cristism is helpful while finding ways to help us reach our goals! The company from ground level all the way to the top are truly spectacular! The Leadership Team at Sono Bello treats every employee with respect. It doesn't matter if you have been working with Sono Bello for 10 minutes or 10 years. They will take the time to listen and answer any questions you have. The team works together to support everyone.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The new leadership (RD) has made absolutely no effort to get to know me or my team at all, which is an indication that she is not invested. There is no constructive feedback or education, only criticism. The new RD has never offered any selling strategies and tips. Definitely not a leader.

EVEN THOUGH I'M IN SALES I STILL FEEL WE SHOULD GET A BASE SALARY RAISE YEARLY TO KEEP UP WITH COST OF LIVING AND OUR PERFORMANCE DESERVES TO BE GIVEN A RAISE IF PROVEN SO.

I do feel undervalued. PCCs and PCAs do the exact same job, yet the PCAs are making significantly lower with commission percentages and salary. The PCAs are also not included in recognition for their centers or included in team bonding events. It's like we are just a number in a line up.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
PMs in center should send a message that is fair and honest. Although their message may not be malicious, it comes off as malicious (regarding merge). I don't know if the company invested in coaching to our culture but since the merge, the culture feels like it has taken a HUGE hit w ppl taking side

Some colleagues are favored to do certain roles. Certain team members lack the ability to work. We can all work together when scopes of practices are switched as a MA we can launch, vital signs, take photos etc roles are unfairly limited in favoring just LPNs only

We gel together nicely. Everyone plays an important part and does it well.

There is no judgement. Everyone respects one another and we treat eachther like family. Every mistake is simply a learning lesson. I also enjoy that the higher ups communicate with EVERYONE in Sono Bello.
