Since I've come to the company we have had so many great changes. It was a challenge in the beginning but after 90 days I feel like I started to catch on. I didn't have much leadership and took it upon myself to learn and know who to reach out to. Once changes started happening, it became rewarding.

Being able to control what my bonus will be for the followingmonth. TMC is a plus right now which helps because most times we are nto able to control how surgery scheudle.

I feel that with the transition AL are all on the same playing field but not compensated the same. I was given a promotion and still have not received a raise.

I would feel better if my sales bonus for 100% goal attainment were higher. I only make the amount I feel I should be making if I attain 110%+. 100% is challenging and an achievement but it doesn't feel that way in my paycheck. I would also like to see my salary increase with my scope changing.
