As a CES I get paid really well. I feel that my bonus structure is unfair. There are days I am doing intakes and consents to keep us in flow. If the PCC doesn't reach goal, then I don't bonus. I feel with me doing these extra steps I should bonus regardless of if goal was met.

I feel that I constantly step up and work hard but I don't feel appreciated. I feel I'm very much disposable to the company. It's also a blow when I've worked here 2+yrs & a new hire gets hired on making more money for the same position as I'm in. I don't feel appreciated at all.

no acknowledgment of workload being done when short staffed, no meals provided on days when to many surgeries and pre op scheduled with no breaks for lunch. no team acknowledgement from front of house to back of house

High stress level, mainly due to personalities amongst the physicians. Nurses too often reduced to tears. No probation nor behavior modification attempts, money making trumps ethics.
