What is the best part about your compensation package?
They haven't raised the price of health insurance for at least 3 years (I can't remember if it's 3 or 5 years) and I have the opportunity to make monthly bonuses.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company promotes and supports opportunities for team building activities, the team works really well together, and everyone is there for a common goal, which is to help our patients succeed with their aesthetic goals and patient safety. We all LOVE seeing our patients transform their lives!
