I love the yearly health screening that can actually lower your coverage rates if you meet the criteria. I also love that every year our rates are getting lower which is always good. Everything about it is just wonderful for me. No complaints.

I love the lower premiums and the willingness dedication Sweetwater provide to make adjustments to help us all as a company when it comes to our compensation package. And I really love the transparency and information we all receive for any upcoming changes.
