New leadership every couple of months, new strategic direction every couple of months, sales people constantly on the chopping block and being let go, no analytics being done, I CONSTANTLY feel as though I have to prove my value to the company and if I dont hit my goal, I'll be let go.

No opportunity for promotions in sales org, no respect from cross functional teams, no outlet for feedback, no strategic direction from leadership.
Was läuft falsch und wie kann es verbessert werden?
Sales team is constantly forced to "solve the problem" without any real back up or support. We could learn a ton from a larger software sales org on how to properly operate and the culture that could be formed. I shouldnt feel like I'm bothering someone to do their job when it generates revenue.
