Communication, strategic vision and plan

Long-term vision and strategy need a serious re-think. Poor planning and execution have increased the workload, while annual restructuring and layoffs have only contributed to low employee morale and retention.

communicating our strategy in terms of the value to the consumer with more detail than "marketing partner". I want to see vision ware or product descriptions and how they will be integrated into a holistic solution.

Execution. The words are right and group meetings everyone says the right thing but execution falls flat and they do not follow through.

Working to promote diversity within the company, starting with leadership. Our leadership teams overwhelmingly consist of white males. Secondarily, improving growth paths for all employees; it can be difficult to get opportunities to work on new skills and technologies.

Large majority of pay is guaranteed and not attached to bonuses/stocks

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid fairly, and to market conditions

I think Vista use to be among the top in Europe but not anymore. That compared to salaries in the US for example makes me feel undervalued. We are playing in a global world now and with remote first mean salaries should be a little bit more global.

The culture of the team, there's zero tolerance for unwanted behavior, and we all treat each other very well.

I used to be a manger and after the recent reorg am being made to work for a subordinate. Its the worst feeling ever, everyday i think about quitting but cant. LT and Sr Mgr have belittled me and continue to discriminate against me.

Globally distributed workforce makes it difficult to sustain a company culture

It has been months since i reported my concern about mistreatment, this has impacted my mental health. I now have daily breakdowns that i cant share with my pregnant wife. HR and the Lawyer they sent down 4 weeks ago all know this yet are doing nothing to fix the situation. I used to love vista :(
