The freedom they give us. They treat us as responsible adults that we are.

The aver very professional, responsible and care a lot about quality. I can totally trust them.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I learn new things everyday and that there are still many things to improve. The interaction with my team is also very good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think Vista use to be among the top in Europe but not anymore. That compared to salaries in the US for example makes me feel undervalued. We are playing in a global world now and with remote first mean salaries should be a little bit more global.
