I think there are exciting things happening at Vistaprint right now which shows up in majority of the departments but the HR department is pretty archaic which is placed under the CFO. They are investing in HR tools but not in talented people to create a vision & execute on a strong people strategy

I hardly find people who challenges me and whom i can learn from :(

When i learn new skills and get to do challenging things at work. Meeting and talking to ny friends at work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the work I am doing, the impact it brings to the company, and the value which i bring, i am paid below the market and the delta is 10-12k less. Plus there is no yearly bonus which makes the compensation less comprtetive
