What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We don't have the resources to accomplish all the priorities. This is in part because a lot of the leaders are newish and are learning the effort it takes to do things, and partially because we froze hiring with the pandemic - glad we have roles open again!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our responsibilities were greatly increased due to the reorganization and we have never been compensated for it. Multiple doctors have stopped accepting our insurance as it "pays them less than medicaid"

The reality of the role does not match the job description. The role is far more technical. It should be compensated as a technical role, and raises should be more generous given all the extra that is being asked of the role.

My manager continues to refer to me as a senior leader on the team, and is giving me more responsibility, however it is not reflected in my compensation. My compensation is below others at the same level. Also, our compensation increases this year just accounted for inflation, and no additional inc.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has created and nurtures a very inclusive and diverse environment, which enables people to deliver their best. From culture perspective - development is at focus and all necessary tools are provided in a visible and easy to access manner.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Working 100% remotely is great but also challenging. I would love to see my colleagues more often in person and I miss big company events (remote or not) that help growing a feeling of belonging.

People seem scared to make decisions without getting an OK from people higher on the org chart. I'd love for people to be more autonomous and happy to fail, as I feel is the case with higher management
