We celebrate the best of both worlds: remote working and in-person events.

My team is very interdisciplinary and almost all of my direct colleagues are truly top-of-their-class.

The culture is very inclusive and I believe that the company takes diversity topics very serious.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Working 100% remotely is great but also challenging. I would love to see my colleagues more often in person and I miss big company events (remote or not) that help growing a feeling of belonging.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The current transformational processes have been necessary and I am glad that the Leadership team is willing to invest in this transformation. Above this, I see them pushing for more data-driven, evidence-based decision-making, which is a mindset change here.
