We are in a transformation period and the new leadership is lacking trust in anyone that has worked here longer than them. I have 20 years of external and vistaprint experience in my field, my new manager doesn't not have the same domain and industry knowledge and he disregards my decision making.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that not just me but everyone's scope has increased since the pandemic and the new ambitious future vision but little increases in compensation. I'm also seeing new employees come that are making higher saleries.

I want to be paid based on what my work bring to the company and why is my job level is paid more in other country than mine? I believe a 15% increase will be great for Tunisia as COLA is rising high!

I feel as though while I am paid fairly, I have no chance of career growth and we are told we need to "expand our scope" to gain a promotion. So we do expand our scope and then when we revisit, we need to keep expanding our scope. It seems the goalposts are always moved.

Promotions are not standardized across my organization (mrktng). It's not clear why some people are getting promoted, and others are not. Just last quarter, I was trying to promote someone on my team, found out from my executive I was a week late and missed a quarterly process I didn't know existe
