We're very accepting of all people and communities. Most of the female associates are in the LGBTQIA+ community.
I would like more recognition from upper management. I would also just in general like to be paid more for the stuff i have to deal with which includes rude customers, short staffing, and unappreciative upper management.
My coworkers (most of them) are hard workers, and we work as an actual team and they understand the stuff i deal with on a daily basis and we work together to try and make our shifts not so horrible.
My coworkers and supervisors are what give me the most positive impact at work. If it wasnt for them i wouldnt even be working for this company anymore. They keep me going and we try and kee each other positive and motivated.
The leadership team needs to hold associates who dont work or show up for shifts accountable. They hire unreliable people and dont schedule enough people. They need to allow more overtime so that the shifts are constanly understaffed, especially 3rd and 2nd shifts.
