I absolutely love being able to interact with the cistomera and coaching others to help be the best we can be
Nothing is positive except I love my co workers and customers. But my customers and co workers are all not happy with their wait times and short staffed.
There isn't just one thing. It's everything. We just do it and get it done
I don't remember any positive things since all people were two-faced

The coworkers I work with at the gas attendant are fantastic. The other workers insider fantastic. It's the management that is wrong.

The customers interactions are worth it
The people. They make or break it. Customers can sometimes be unhelpful, but there are so many that are friendly and kind. And we have each other to help make happy.

Give the existing employees better pay
It would be great if u didnt get less hours just because u cant work the ahofts you werent hired for !
The managers need to look at who's actually doing work and promote others to be like them rather than promoting others to work like those who dont do anything.
