Friendlyness, I don't know what team you're speaking of everybody was always miserable the GM was never there and when she did everything was just laughed off so I don't know what you mean

Everyone needs to be retrained! Some people should even be removed from the store.
Employees are free to leave in the middle of their shift knowing they still will have a job while leaving the rest of the shift trying to cover their stations
Actually train people instead of expecting them to just know how things are supposed to be done. Reprimand people who decide to half-ass their job.

Coworkers can only improve if their value to the company improved. I would work better if Wawa communicated better and practiced better organization from leadership.

Workplace harassment is a major issue because, each shift blames each other for their own problems. Overnight is the most disrespected shift between 1st and 2nd and managers allows it's staff on 1st and 2nd to belittle staff on overnights. It's a widespread issue - not just isolated to one store.
