The mutual respect ,Strong work ethic and friendly atmosphere.

All managers, except the head manager, are supportive, patient, and understanding. They have a sense of humor too.

Friendlyness, I don't know what team you're speaking of everybody was always miserable the GM was never there and when she did everything was just laughed off so I don't know what you mean

They work so hard. And most really care about each other. You always have people who don't, but overall, they always put forth their best effort and help each other.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Better AM, better help at corporate level.

Treat eachother as equals rather then putting eachother down

Work together and be able to work at different stations

Showing up when they're supposed to.

BE NICER TO CUSTOMERS,SMILE,STAY OFF PHONES WHILE WORKING.

Everyone needs to be retrained! Some people should even be removed from the store.

Employees are free to leave in the middle of their shift knowing they still will have a job while leaving the rest of the shift trying to cover their stations

Actually train people instead of expecting them to just know how things are supposed to be done. Reprimand people who decide to half-ass their job.

Teamwork and stop playing like children that includes management

Coworkers can only improve if their value to the company improved. I would work better if Wawa communicated better and practiced better organization from leadership.

Workplace harassment is a major issue because, each shift blames each other for their own problems. Overnight is the most disrespected shift between 1st and 2nd and managers allows it's staff on 1st and 2nd to belittle staff on overnights. It's a widespread issue - not just isolated to one store.

most of the staff is made up of minors who may not be fully experienced in the work force yet. often other employees show up late and do not listen to me and are not punished
