Speak up against the way minorities are being treated in and around the areas in which it operates. Especially Florida.

Team leaders do their best with the circumstances that's given they do all the labor management sit and attack the staff when I speak up being placed in more than one position

Consistency on a day to day basis

Stop showing favortism and treating every one equal

Working as a team and helping out when other people are in red and need help dont keep leaving them alone doing all work by themselves

We need to get a closer look at the gas, intendance hours and what they are about

Standard practices and training taught accross the board

I need to protect the store they need to stop acting like everyone's prejudice against black people it's not so,if that's how you feel then you should come in and be working there.

Loyalty to the hourly wage employees who run that company cuz without them people the grunts you don't have a company don't be so quick to take the customer side and when there is a dispute and don't expect employees to be disrespected degraded and dehumanized
