Team leaders do their best with the circumstances that's given they do all the labor management sit and attack the staff when I speak up being placed in more than one position

I need to protect the store they need to stop acting like everyone's prejudice against black people it's not so,if that's how you feel then you should come in and be working there.
Loyalty to the hourly wage employees who run that company cuz without them people the grunts you don't have a company don't be so quick to take the customer side and when there is a dispute and don't expect employees to be disrespected degraded and dehumanized
