You get to KNOW the people before you get into a major chaion store with them.

The most positive is having great team leaders that keep the team moving , excited and actually interedted in their work.
All willing to teach the newer people, instead of one person job to train. An extensive training program needs to be put in place.
That I had a fantastic team, that I could teach and would work together. It is not the majority of co workers where the problem is. It is up higher in the company.

constant chaos. Nobody knows what they're doing or where to go. I am very experienced at my job. They seem to have gotten rid of experienced people and trying to get lower waged employees.
Getting done at the end of the day and seeing how enthusiastic team leaders keep control and accomplish the entire store. It is a great feeling. But they end up not keeping the GREAT stand out workers, that have the knowledge.
