Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Managers have favoritism they pick and choose who they want on the schedule and that's not fair. The pay is horrible especially for the importance of work we do.

We hire virtually everyone so we get whoever needs work. Unfortunately there is no solution since it's a tough job and doesn't pay most workers well.
