Our manager listens to any issues and works hard at keeping the office productive and everyone happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unfortunately, the health benefits of any company these days is to expensive unless you're a salaried employee.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We hire virtually everyone so we get whoever needs work. Unfortunately there is no solution since it's a tough job and doesn't pay most workers well.
