They are humble enough to ask questions when they don't know something. Our district manager is always on call for anything that arises. They are always willing to train on site to increase productivity, great rapport with the store management and create a welcoming culture. I look forward to work.

Not belitting your employees& in front of workers. Not making us feel SO stupid asking for help or made mistakes. Getting infractions for making mistake but others don't (favouritism) Infractions everytime call in sick/emergency #1TRAIN US PROPERLY WE GOT 0 but get in trouble/belitted for mistakes?!

What is the best part about your compensation package?

ASET is a great program that let's you move up in pay from the very start of employment. Being able to advance is one reason I'm sticking with the company and transferring to the South. ASET to Flow Lead to Supervisor and beyond. Each step is more complicated but the pay involved matches the work.

That it has the 401K option at all. It takes quite a while to work your way up to where you can recieve additional benefits, I have no qualms or complaints about benefits.

Under-paid, unfair distribution of shifts

Considering the amount of money that is at stake for an event and the level of productivity some employees do, we are vastly underpaid. Supervisor pay cap is about 20$ where lead counters are at 19$ and yet a district can make 50-100$ million for the company in a year. We dont even get bonuses.

The amount of hard work we do isnt even acknowledged or appreciated we always do triple the amount of work than what we should be bc every shift they always understaff the stores never prepare but have to do all the work meant for 3 ppl Travel far often not enough gas pay for how much we are traveln

Realistic commission goals. Unachievable goals contribute to feeling undervalued. I feel that doing my job correctly and completely is enough and I shouldn't have to feel like I'm in a competition which I may or may not receive extra compensation for.

Our team has created a sort of family dynamic. The GSD Crew (getshitdonecrew) consists of all of us in the Kent team. We have people who have been here 5+years and we are always getting new people as well which we welcome. Breaks is when we bond the most. When a team bonds, they do better.

if you are referring to my "team" as in those of us who are the ones counting and doing the inventory I can say most of us work very well together. Most of us have stood by one another and supported one anther. I would say we are a team, friends and family to say the least

The hiring managers do not care if someone is qualified for the job, they just want a warm body on the floor, but that makes more work for the other workers when someone doesn't pull their weight.

The first phone interview to see if your a good fit starts you off. They were very good at explaining what to expect. Training and Orientation was efficient and set me up for success for the first job. Keisha trained me well and I wasn't blindsided by anything. Very thorough.

In the start of my job i wouldve said everything that i loved working there and actually enjoyed my shifts i didnt understand why the older workers said they couldnt keep ppl some would start& nvr come back. 2months in & we know 100% why theyre always hiring& cnt keep workers. Makes sense now

Longer lunches, please. Only have 30 min. No food places in the area. It takes 10 getting to the car so that's 20 min right there. So your only choice is to bring lunch, eat downstairs from a random company that isn't great or not to eat. Also not to have the head HR guy randomly yelling at someone
