Really negative experience with the company. I had wages not paid to me and nothing done about it. I was also given a disciplinary for having covid 19 even though I called management to let them know. Totally unfair company and the managers are absolute pigs and really vulgar. Horrible place to be.

Started at WIS about a month ago and i have been paid wrong on my first wage. I worked over nearly 70 hours and got paid for 50 hours. I have worked 7 shifts in a row and then had 2 days off. If you do not confirm shifts, all your shifts will be deleted. Manager said missing hours cannot be resolved

Hire better supervisors that come to work sober and bot put people lives in jeopardy due to selfish behavior. Also the supervisors are not supposed to be offering weed to the employees nor smoking on the van while traveling. What they do in their homes is their business. But work is not the place.

Horrible leadership. Only way this place could be improved is by a new team taking over. The managers have no decency and couldn't care less about any of their employees. Nothing good to say about management. Manager told me that hours are not recorded so any missing pay can't be paid back

Managers from the West Midlands need new training or to be sacked. Makes me sick to think that WIS management think they have the right to under pay staff and then say theres no way of paying it back when ive worked for it. This isnt a one off, it has also happened to work colleagues.

Do separate interviews for separate people. This would be more direct and give the new employee better idea of what they're going to be doing and what the job is about. The interview seemed like something from high school. Terribly organised and everything all over the place
