Going home and seeing a few work friends
Managers have a bad attitude because I hate their job and take it out when younger staff and new employees. This problem could be resolved by having new managers. Learn to treat others equally regardless of race, religion and looks.
I feel undervalued because I have never been paid correctly by WIS and i feel like its pointless mentioning it to anyone because these problems have never been resolved before. It should be basics to get paid for the hours i have worked.
Do separate interviews for separate people. This would be more direct and give the new employee better idea of what they're going to be doing and what the job is about. The interview seemed like something from high school. Terribly organised and everything all over the place
Be more open-minded and treat employees all the same. Pay everyone the hours they have worked rather than Ignoring emails and messages. Managers can't be bothered and act like they're doing a massive favours for staff l when they're just doing their job. Unpleasant people to be around. Pity them
Nothing good apart from getting dropped home. Good Coworkers. The van drivers act like managers and are always rude (talking down on new/young staff). Some staff drinking on shift and some smkoing drugs. One employee i was on shift with was taking class A drugs all shift and managers knew all about
