Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am reliable, respectful, hard and fast worker. Yet i earn almost the bare minimum and get almost no recognition or appreciation for my efforts. It'd be more tolerable if i was treated in a less condescending manner, so ill be more motivated to work harder and maybe get a raise.
