As long as you look professional, wearing a sport coat or blazer, & staying within dress code guidelines, you can express your unique style, so the environment can feel relatively relaxed unlike some companies where you can only wear black and white- I appreciated seeing various fashion expressions.

Putting their employees before their potential to make money, safety was a big concern during COV-19. We measure customers and were told to give a sick client to a manger if we were uncomfortable, a virus will not discriminate between job titles... Our safety did not seem like their biggest concern.

Giving regular raises to people after staying with the company. I worked there 5 years still making $12.5 hourly and there was an underlying "don't ask for a raise" attitude from my managers, and I did not get benefits even though I worked there full time- I was told not to tell by my managers.

The interview was easy. I was asked about my strengths, weaknesses, & asked about a time where there was a problem & how I solved it. Wear slacks and a button up with a tie (a blazer if you have one) & semi-formal shoes, or for woman slacks/skirt, a blouse, & a blazer. Ask about the turn-over rate..

I worked full time & was not give benefits such as -much needed- health insurance, I was told not to tell but I am an open book and needed money, 5 years & no raise; even berated by my store & formal wear managers behind closed doors, moving the goal post so I never did enough- I did not deserve it.
