Q&A With USPS Employees

From mail carriers to corporate management, we all work together to provide efficient, affordable service to the American public. USPS is an excellent workplace for self-motivated individuals who enjoy independence and measurable goals with the added satisfaction of serving our communities.

How employees describe working at USPS

I paid over $96 for USPS "2 to 3-Day" to send vital docs. Instead, shipment took nearly 3 weeks and was sent by boat, causing serious delays. Missed deadlines as a result. At this price, we expect reliable service and clear communication.
